These Terms govern your use of the Fapwise AI companion chatting platform. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Fapwise. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with platform security or stability.
• Use automated systems to abuse the AI chat features.
• Submit content that infringes others' rights.

AI companions and content

AI companions are virtual personalities. Conversations are generated and should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).

Customization and premium features

Some features, such as full customization and uninterrupted private chat, are gated behind a premium step. Pricing and inclusions may change.

Intellectual property

All platform code, design, branding and AI companion characters belong to Fapwise and are protected by applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fapwise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
